Patagonian Upland Geese

The upland goose, also known as the Magellan goose, occupies the frigid Southern Cone of South America, feeding primarily on seeds, grasses and leaves within Patagonia's vast grasslands. They are sexual dimorphic, with the males exhibiting white plumage and the females brown, and tend to be monogamous, returning the to same location each year to raise their young.
